I am a Partner and Director at Eames Consulting, responsible for leading one of our UK Insurance divisions, and a team of highly talented individuals in the Broking, Claims, Operations, Underwriting, and Compliance & Risk space.

Having begun my career in 2004, I partner with clients and senior candidates within the professional and financial lines underwriting markets, working with Lloyd’s Syndicates, Company Market Carriers and MGAs.

Focusing my efforts on a finite number of markets allows me to keep my finger on the pulse of talent and opportunities. Utilising my extensive network, consultative approach and market knowledge, I am a trusted advisor for candidates and clients.

I endeavour to support and lead my team through their career and support them in achieving their goals whilst providing them with a market-leading platform and a clear development plan to be successful.
