I am the Partner and Associate Director on the Specialist Disciplines at Eames Consulting in the UK, specializing in claims and underwriting operations. I manage a highly successful team that supports clients and candidates across syndicates, company market insurers, MGAs, brokers, and insurtechs UK-wide.

I started my career in 2012 and, since then, have gained an extensive network, built long-standing relationships, and developed expansive market knowledge. I’m able to partner with both my candidates and clients to provide a consultative and transparent approach, ensuring a high-quality service.

Aiming to connect with exceptional talent and provide solutions for my client's business objectives is key. I act as an advisor and intermediary to both parties, with a relationship built on honesty.
