I am the Partner and Associate Director of the claims, operations, and regional teams at Eames Consulting in the UK. I manage a highly successful team who supports clients and candidates across syndicates, company market insurers, MGA’s, brokers, and Insurtechs, UK wide.

I started my career in 2012 and since then, have gained an extensive network, built long-standing relationships, and developed expansive market knowledge. I’m able to partner with both my candidates and clients to provide a consultative and transparent approach, ensuring a high-quality service.

Aiming to connect with exceptional talent and provide solutions for my client's business objectives is key. I act as an advisory and intermediary to both parties, with a relationship built on honesty.
