I started my recruitment journey in 2015, initially focusing on banking in Malaysia. Moving to Singapore, I helped launch the insurance practice at another agency, which introduced me to technology and transformation. Joining Eames Consulting almost a decade later feels like coming full circle, especially within the powerhouse of the insurance sector.

I currently lead the Software & Data offering, specialising in app development and commercial technology. My clients range from global tech giants (FAANG/MAANG and BAT), top Singaporean banks, and multinational insurers. While my focus is senior-level placements, I see myself as a strategic consultant, helping businesses gain an edge by securing top-tier software, data, and commercial talent.
