James Rydon joined Eames in 2015 and heads up our actuarial and insurance risk division.
He started his recruitment career in 2007 and has built up an extensive network within financial services, personally specialising on the UK/EMEA non-life actuarial market.
James was made a Partner at Eames in 2017, and is responsible for growing the general and life insurance (actuarial and risk) business, whilst also developing the careers of those within his team.
If James was to describe working at Eames in three words, he would say it was "specialist, professional and exciting".
