Sr Director Data Governance - Global Financial Services

🔑 High growth and international Data platform team

🔑 Review existing policies, identify data requirements and expectations

🔑 Establish client data management framework, data quality enhancements, validations for data migration, data governance best practices for Business Units (BUs)

🔑 Work with business and technology stakeholders to define, establish data quality rules/validations, definitions and DQ dimensions such as completeness, conformity, validity, uniqueness, consistency, and accuracy

🔑 Formulate techniques to define end state design and enable data management ownership and stewardship

🔑 Partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure that data related business requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood

 

🔏 At least years 8-10 years experience in data governance, data management, data quality concepts, data privacy, and tools

🔏 At least 4 years of experience using tools such as Collibra, Talend, Informatica, Alation, Datum

🔏 At least 5 years of experience working/leading Agile Development Methodologies

🔏 Can-do mindset, consulting background is appreciated

🔏 Great at business stakeholder management

 

📍 Location: Hong Kong - Permanent role

📍 Salary: budget: HKD 1.4 to 1.8 million + bonus
