Director GenAI Research - Financial Services

🔵 Be part of one the hottest and biggest GenAI team in HK

🔵 Conduct research on the latest GenAI and AI trends and how it can be implemented from a business perspective

🔵 Build quick PoCs and select the best based on business appetite and feasability

🔵 Communicate positive outputs to multiple teams (engineering, product, Data, UI/UX)

🔵 Support the entire PoC development up to technical delivery

🔵 Drive conversations with senior business stakeholders and manage expectations with multiple countries (regional role)

🔵 Start as an individual contributor and build your own team over time

 

🔴 At least 8 years of experience as a AI Researcher, AI Engineer or MLEngineer

🔴 Ideal mixed background from Research and large Corporate

🔴 Strong communication and ability to drive projects with autonomy

 

📍 Location: Hong Kong - Permanent role

💸 Salary budget: HKD 900-120k/month + bonus

🗣 Interview process: 4 rounds

🔌 Start: February 2025
