Head of Insurance Applications

Looking to hire for a Head of Insurance Applications. The ideal candidate will be in charge of leading core L&H systems transformation. You must have in-depth knowledge of L&H business and demonstrated strong knowledge and understanding of business strategies to drive technology enablement.

As the Head of Insurance Applications, you will be responsible for;

• Overall strategic development and transformation of insurance applications that includes, Policy admin systems, CRM, claims, etc.
• Champion the overall program management from planning through alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive efficient use of program budgets, financial performance and ensure cost-effective delivery
• Provide regular updates and reports to Exco on program status, performance and key issues
• Manage and mentor a team of senior program managers
