I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.

SQL Technical Analyst 

Our client is looking to hire a Reserving Technical Analyst to join their team in London. The company operates on a 3 days in the office, 2 days at home policy. This role does not provide actuarial study support.They are looking to speak to technical specialists who have excellent SQL experience. In this role you will contribute to enhancing the design, development and maintenance of their in-house reserving system and tools. You will be liaising with numerous actuarial teams in the business and also Finance and Ceded Re departments. They are looking to speak to those who have over 5 years' of experience in the Lloyd's/London Market. Candidates should have experience in P&amp;C reserving, with a focus on data management and system development. Candidates should be able to work autonomously and be willing to learn new skills.
