I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.
Securing repeat business is something I always strive for. One of my proudest achievements is being an exclusive actuarial supplier and market adviser to one of my clients for their next recruitment drive. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.

Reserving Actuary - Part or Nearly Qualified

A prominent Lloyd's/London Market Insurer is looking to hire in their reserving team. This role would suit an individual who is part or nearly qualified, with reserving experience in either the in-house or consultancy space.In this role you will be performing the quarterly reserving for long-tailed classes of business. You will also be getting involved in projects such as M&amp;A, business planning and group-wide strategic projects. You will be working with stakeholders such as Finance, Claims and Underwriting. They are keen to speak to individuals who have general commercial experience and who have used ResQ before. Strong analytical skills is also required, as is the ability to communicate effectively.
