Pricing Manager - Fully Remote

A personal and commercial lines insurer is looking to hire a pricing specialist to join in a managerial position. This is within their traditional risk pricing space and will be looking after numerous direct reports. The whole team is fully remote.

This will be focused on mostly home products, and you will be reviewing the team's work and making sure the models make commercial sense.

In this role you will be collaborating with the Head of Technical Pricing and senior stakeholders to implement modelling and rating changes. You will be enhancing pricing capabilities and help improve predictive pricing models.

For this role they require individuals who have a right to work in the UK. Candidates must have good communication skills and be proven leaders/managers. Candidates should have an understanding of predictive modelling and machine learning techniques, and have the ability to work with stakeholders.
