A leading pensions consultancy is seeking an experienced Pensions Management Consultant to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality pension scheme governance, secretarial, and management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead outsourced support for in-house pensions teams.

  • Act as a scheme secretary on a permanent or interim basis.

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and scheme advisers.

  • Manage projects and oversee service delivery in line with client contracts.

  • Ensure full compliance with pension scheme governance requirements.

  • Oversee budgets and identify out-of-scope activities.

  • Drive business development opportunities, including networking, marketing, and client pitches.

  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering professional growth.

About You:

  • Strong experience in pensions management, governance, or scheme secretarial roles.

  • Excellent knowledge of pension regulations, governance codes, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in business development.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.

  • APMI/FPMI qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
