The Pricing Manager will develop and execute the pricing and analytics strategy, collaborating with underwriting divisions, senior leadership, and other teams to ensure pricing models, profitability analyses, and portfolio management support business objectives.

They will lead key pricing and analytics, workstreams, leveraging modern technology and innovative data sources to enhance underwriting capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making. Additionally, they will provide leadership and coaching to the team, supporting recruitment and skill development while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
