Claims Handler x2

We're working closely with reputable broker who are looking to hire an experienced Claims Handler to join their growing Claims team. This individual will be responsible for handling claims on behalf of Installation Providers (including double glazing and home improvement providers).

Responsibilities:

• Use analytic skills to efficiently resolve claims, ensuring the broker's legal obligations are met.
• Keep policyholders up to date throughout the claims process
• Track trends to improve the claims process and ensure exceptional service

Required Experience:

• Must have 2+ years' experience in a Claims Handling position
• Excellent communication skills
