Senior Claims Executive

Eames is currently working closely with an industry leading insurance broker who are looking for a Senior Claims Handler to join their Marine Claims team. This position will primarily be responsible for handling complex Marine Liability and Cargo claims, enhancing client retention through offering strategic claims guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in client and market meetings (at a senior-level) to address and resolve more complex claims
• Coordinate with a number of departments, including placing teams, to ensure all client requirements are fulfilled
• Compile statistical claims data for internal and external purposes, including contributing in presentations for new and existing clients.

Key Experience:

• This individual must have in-depth knowledge, and experience, handling complex Marine Liability claims
• Must have the ability to deliver complex high-quality work, consistently maintaining these standards.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
