IT Outsourcing Manager

Looking to hire for an IT Outsourcing Manager for one of the financial services firm based in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing and executing the organisation Technology outsourcing and vendor management strategy. This role oversees the entire vendor life cycle from selection and negotiation to performance management and contract termination, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost optimisation.

As the IT Outsourcing Manager, you will be responsible for;

• Developing and supporting Technology project managers in performing due diligence on third-party service agreements
• Managing vendor on boarding and contract engagement processes including service classification, risk assessments and material checks
• Maintaining central register and contract repository for Technology department
• Liaising with stakeholders, vendors, Project/Program managers and Legal/Compliance departments, in reviewing clauses of new contracts on legal and commercial terms
• Establish procurement process and guidelines for Technology department, including RFP and tendering processes
• Promote centralisation initiatives across different team within region to optimise resource utilisation and improve process efficiencies

The ideal candidate must have at least 8 years of working experience in relevant mid to large scale institutions. The appreciation of MAS's guidelines for outsourcing, Tech Risk Management, Third Party Risk are essential. Having experience in managing/handling overseas branches contracts is a plus.
