Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning and Execution:

a. Drive commercial success of the Digital Life business;

b. Co-develop supply strategies, business model and roadmaps for the verticals with the Operations team;

c. Conduct in-depth research on market trends and competitor dynamics to ensure that our strategies always stay ahead;

d. Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, merchant operations, customer service, and finance to optimise performance and customer satisfaction.

Acquisition:

a. Identify and manage a sustainable acquisition pipeline and acquire merchants to achieve business outcomes;

b. Build competitive supply (pricing, inventory, and exclusivity) through sales pitch, engagement and retention. Negotiate with merchants to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Merchant Engagement and Relationship Management:

a. Build trust and relationships with merchants to unlock new opportunities through proactively solving merchants' business pain points and requirements.

Operations and Reporting:

a. Track sales progress, report results and propose improvement plans;

b. Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of contracting with merchants such as quotations, contract terms, etc.

Job Requirements

1.Full-time bachelor's degree or above;

2.4 years in strategy or growth operations in industries like internet, ecommerce, online travel agency or tech startups;

3.Track record in supply chain management and account management. Experience in digital platforms, superapps are highly preferred;

4.Strong analytical skills. Able to derive insights from data, independently produce business analysis, and conduct data monitoring;

5.Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset and communication skills, capable of handling cross-departmental communication and project collaboration;

6.Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
