Job Description
- Organize all public relations activities, including press conferences / events for residential projects in HK.
- Plan, organise and manage the end-to-end logistics of events and seminars.
- Assist in co-ordinating with agencies and consultants to prepare marketing collaterals for new project launch.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests by liaising with internal departments and Head Office.
- Prepare press releases and interview materials.
- Have good connection and maintain good relationships with press media.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Assist to drive the publicity and news update.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Real Estate or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in public relations or journalism industry.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Hands-on skills on PC applications.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills .
- Energetic, creative, well-organized and attentive to details.
- Excellent report writing skills and ability to organize content.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Independent self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. A team player with a growth mindset.
