Job Description

  • Organize all public relations activities, including press conferences / events for residential projects in HK.
  • Plan, organise and manage the end-to-end logistics of events and seminars.
  • Assist in co-ordinating with agencies and consultants to prepare marketing collaterals for new project launch.
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests by liaising with internal departments and Head Office.
  • Prepare press releases and interview materials.
  • Have good connection and maintain good relationships with press media.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Assist to drive the publicity and news update.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Real Estate or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in public relations or journalism industry.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in both Chinese and English.
  • Hands-on skills on PC applications.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills .
  • Energetic, creative, well-organized and attentive to details.
  • Excellent report writing skills and ability to organize content.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Independent self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. A team player with a growth mindset.
