Job Description

My client is looking for a forward-thinking and results-oriented Mobile App Growth Associate Director to lead initiatives that drive the growth of digital banking and wealth management products. This strategic role involves leading user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth while optimizing app traffic and enhancing user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement growth strategies to achieve goals in user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion of assets under management (AUM) for digital banking and wealth management offerings.
• Leverage app traffic effectively to increase user activity, maximize revenue opportunities, and foster long-term customer retention.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis to uncover insights, refine growth initiatives, and support product enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to develop impactful campaigns that drive user engagement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and customer behaviors to maintain competitive positioning and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ensure an exceptional user experience while aligning growth initiatives with broader business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services, with a proven focus on user acquisition and growth within mobile app ecosystems.
• Strong analytical abilities, with experience in translating complex data into actionable growth strategies.
• Demonstrated success in driving app user growth, optimizing traffic management, and enhancing user engagement.
• Solid understanding of digital banking products and financial services, with the ability to apply market insights to strategic planning.
• Results-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams to deliver results.
