Job Responsibilities:

Operations Efficiency

  • Support the department head in overseeing operations team performance on quality of service, turn around time and case accuracy
  • Proactively identify improvement areas and to take initiatives to streamline workflow, enhance service capabilities and improve operational efficiency
  • Factor in customer experience and drive end-to-end improvements projects to uplift service level
  • Establish performance metrics and tracking KPIs to evaluate enhancement effectiveness and transformation efforts
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with departments and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment across business units and working relationships

Job requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably major in business related subjects or equivalent
  • 10+ years of working experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
  • Consulting background with experience in transformation projects are preferred, particularly in the insurance industry
  • Strong insurance business knowledge, preferably in employee benefits or pension domains
  • Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English and Cantonese
  • Experience in driving projects by constructing a clear project framework, clarity on content deliverable and stakeholder engagement
