IT Program Manager

Looking to hire for a IT Program Manager for one of the leading regional bank based in Singapore, this role will be in charge of developing/establishing program strategies in line with business priorities.

As the IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for;

• Creation of business plan, development of KPI and balance scorecards and assessing performance against targets
• Managing a portfolio of IT programs to ensure optimal outcomes
• Managing CAPEX and OPEX financial budgets, resource allocations and cost
• Driving stakeholder engagements, monitoring/updating project progress, and monitoring risk across portfolio
• Preparing and presenting reports/budget plans

As the ideal candidate, you must have at least 8 yeas of proven track record in delivering technology programs in a complex environment (ideally financial services sector). You must have experience in CAPEX/OPEX management, strong project lifecycle and worked with regional teams to bring program to a success.
