Underwriting Account Manager, Sr. Facilities

In this position, you'll be responsible for underwriting Healthcare Professional and General Liability accounts. You'll assess risk, price accordingly using financial and competitive analysis, and manage a portfolio to meet goals such as profitability, retention, and new business.

Key responsibilities:

• Underwriting accounts and preparing quotations for new and renewing business
• Managing a portfolio to achieve key metrics
• Maintaining relationships with brokers and clients
• Conducting strategic account reviews and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines
• Handling policy endorsements and issuance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in hospital professional liability insurance
• Strong understanding of underwriting processes and tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
