Role Overview:

As a Credit Insurance Broker, you will manage and service existing corporate and financial institution trade credit policies, while also facilitating the placement of policies for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing client accounts, including policy maintenance, premium adjustments, and regular client communication.
• Market renewal and new inquiries from clients to the insurance market.
• Prepare and send insurance terms to clients.
• Engage with clients and insurance companies both in writing and orally on a daily basis.
• Travel to the United States to meet with clients.
• Have a solid understanding of the claims process, from initial submission to recovery efforts post-claim.
• Maintain accurate internal reporting and collaborate with fellow brokers within the team.
• Ensure fair and equitable treatment of clients at all times.
• Adhere to all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of the insurance market and awareness of potential shifts or challenges within this space.
• A keen interest in international business, economics, politics, and global affairs is expected.
