Responsibilities
Product Development Manager will collaborate closely with the product development leader, playing a pivotal role in documenting and versioning strategies. This role requires a strong ability to contribute date-driven and experience -driven ideas, actively supporting the execution of strategic initiatives. The position can be located in either New York, NY, Parsippany, NJ, Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA and Wilkes Barre, PA
* Assists in the development, drafting, and enhancement of forms and forms language, including strategic input and actionable recommendations.
* Support the design, development, and implementation of system and process solutions that align with the forms implementation strategy.
* Collaborate with training and marketing to develop communication, training, and marketing materials in support of new or enhanced products and initiatives. May require delivery of training materials or content.
* Conduct competitor intelligence research.
* Demonstrate awareness of each state's regulatory environment and legislative rules to ensure that compliance standards are met.
* Document, maintain, and version control forms attachment logic.
* Collaborate with Strategic Business Analysis Unit for the purposes of ad-hoc analysis to support strategies and initiatives.
* Creates, maintains and version controls templates, documentation and schedules for underwriting audit. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred with concentration in Risk Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics or Actuarial Sciences, (J.D. preferred but not required)
* Must have knowledge of industry trends, state regulations, and compliance processes.
* Strong analytical and writing skills; attention to detail
* Must be comfortable and proficient working in a matrixed environment, with stakeholders at various levels and in various departments.
