As a Claims Manager, you will oversee and optimize the claims process, working directly with the TPA adjusters, insurance carrier representatives, agents, and internal teams to achieve the best possible claims outcomes. Your expertise in claims management and dispute resolution will help ensure that claims are handled efficiently and fairly, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a dynamic role requiring problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This is a remote (US) position. Occasional travel may be required for company meetings, industry events, and claims investigations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, customer service, and technology teams to enhance the claims experience. What You'll Do

● Manage the End-to-End Claims Process: Oversee all aspects of claims handling, from intake to resolution, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.

● Deliver Proactive Communication: Keep stakeholders informed throughout the claims process, and intervene early and often on sensitive claims.

● Foster Strong Partnerships: Manage expectations and performance of TPA adjusters to drive optimal claims outcomes.

● Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while upholding company policies and procedures.

● Enhance Efficiency & Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology and workflow improvements.

● Lead Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex claims disputes with fairness and transparency.

● Analyze Trends & Report Insights: Track claims data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve underwriting and risk management.

● Contribute to Business Growth: Help refine claims strategies and best practices to support Rainbow's rapid expansion.

What You Need to Succeed

● 5+ years of experience in property & casualty (P&C) claims management

● Demonstrated commercial claims expertise, with preference given to candidates with experience handling claims for restaurant risks.

● Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, claims handling best practices, and dispute resolution.

● Experience with high-volume claims processing and a track record of optimizing workflows.

● A problem-solving mindset-you anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts effectively.

● Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

● Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and adapting to new tools and processes quickly.
