Print and Output Systems Lead

We are partnered with a leading financial institution in search of a Print and Output Systems Lead.

Responsibilities:

Administration of Report2Web (R2W) and Remote Print Manager (RPM) systems, ensuring they are configured and running optimally.
Respond to and resolve Output Management-related incidents, performing in-depth troubleshooting across systems, networks, and databases.
Lead and support infrastructure/application upgrades, including testing and validation of system updates, operating system patches, and database upgrades.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption during planned system changes.
Automation & Program Development:

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and manual processes, developing and maintaining scripts to enhance Output Management efficiency.

Assess new systems for automation potential, driving continuous improvement in the overall output management workflow.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computing or equivalent
At least 8 years of experience in Print and Output Systems
Strong experince with Output Management systems and production support environments. working with R2W or RPM systems
Experience with programming, particularly in Java / Unix Scripting / Python / PowerShell Batch Scripting
Vendor management expreince
Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical issues and solutions to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience in leading and managing teams, driving conversations, and maintaining effective relationships with various parties.
