I am an Partner &amp; Associate Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.
Securing repeat business is something I always strive for. One of my proudest achievements is being an exclusive actuarial supplier and market adviser to one of my clients for their next recruitment drive. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.

Pricing Actuary - Specialty 

A leading privately owned insurer is looking to expand its actuarial function. They are one of the fastest growing companies and they have established a Lloyd's presence. They are therefore seeking a Pricing Actuary to join their Specialty lines team. In this role you will be working closely with the underwriters and analysing extensive data to develop models. You will be developing and delivering pricing tools, performing portfolio analysis and preparing presentations for stakeholders.For this role I am looking to speak to individuals who are Nearly Qualified or up to 3 years' of qualification. Candidates should have experience in the Lloyd's/London Market, be highly results driven, and have experience using SQL and Python. They have a strong office culture and therefore candidates must be keen to be office focused.
