Eames is currently working with a rapidly growing insurance business who are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations. Reporting to the COO, you will drive efficiency, enhance processes, and support business objectives through strong leadership and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage operational teams across underwriting support, business support, and change and MI.

· Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and efficiency.

· Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly within Lloyd's and the FCA framework.

· Oversee outsourcing agreements and service provider relationships.

Key Skills & Experience:

· Strong leadership and operational management experience in insurance.

· Deep understanding of underwriting operations, claims processes, and financial controls.

· Knowledge of Lloyd's and company market operations, systems, and regulatory requirements.
