I am an Partner &amp; Associate Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.

Our client is looking to hire a Senior Analyst to join their reserving team to focus on their European business. This is a unique opportunity as you will get the opportunity to travel internationally to offices within their European hub. Not many actuarial roles offer this!They are looking to speak to Part or Nearly Qualified Actuaries who have an in-house reserving or consulting background. You must be making good progress in the exams and be able to work independently. Candidates should have strong problem solving skills.You will be involved in quarterly reserving activity and SII TPs.
