Management Accountant (Temp to Perm) - Growing Retail Company

We are partnering with a fast-growing retail company to hire a Management Accountant on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a newly created role due to expansion and offers the opportunity to play a key role in the finance function while transitioning into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month end reconciliations including sales reporting across multiple sites
• Distribute daily sales and margin report and weekly trade pack
• Assist with preparing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with tax for foreign entities
• Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Assisting with process improvements and system enhancements
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience in management accounting within a fast-paced environment
• Retail experience highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of key financial processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
