I am an Partner &amp; Associate Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.
Securing repeat business is something I always strive for. One of my proudest achievements is being an exclusive actuarial supplier and market adviser to one of my clients for their next recruitment drive. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.

An insurer is looking to hire a Part Qualified Actuary to join their team on a hybrid working basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants real variety and breadth in their work as you will be involved in reserving and M7A activity. In this role you will be providing actuarial support and analysis through responsibilities such as reserve assessments, regular portfolio monitoring, and parameterisation and validation of the SII internal model.This role is based in London and can also be based in their regional office on the South Coast.They want to speak to Part Qualified Actuaries who have a general insurance background.
