Regional Motor Underwriter - Agriculture

Eames is working with a renowned Lloyd's Syndicate on the appointment of a Motor Underwriter to join their growing Agriculture team on a fully-remote basis (candidates must be based in the Northern-Yorkshire region).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Underwrite complex risks across new business and renewals within agreed authority.
• Support product strategy by analysing data and identifying growth opportunities.
• Build broker relationships to expand market reach and deliver tailored solutions.
• Mentor team members, sharing technical expertise to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven Motor underwriting experience with demonstrable Agricultural market knowledge, pricing strategy expertise, and commercial awareness.
