Project Management Executive

Looking to hire for a Project Executive/Coordinator to pick up ropes through working closely with a Project Manager/Director on overall project Management plans.

As the Project Executive, you will be responsible for;

• Driving various stages of project deliverables covering requirement gathering and analysis, design, system/software development, delivery, integration, migration, testing and maintenance services
• Take part in management of changes and risk in project delivery with impact analysis, resolutions and contingencies plan
• Maintain proactive responsive relationship with stakeholders consisting of internal teams, management, suppliers, customers to provide regular progress update, reporting, escalation and resolution processes
• In charge of preparation, updating and maintaining of project documentation

As an ideal candidate, you should possess an eager to learn attitude, good presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Any knowledge of project management tools, (ie, Microsoft project) and requirements/implications relating to security standards is a huge plus.

This role is open for BA who is keen on exploring a PM opportunity and/or a technical individual who wishes to convert across to a more functional role.
