Senior Actuarial Analyst

A leading Reinsurance Company is looking to add a Senior Actuarial Analyst to their team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills (modeling and/or coding). This is a hybrid position in NJ, NYC, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and price reinsurance contracts.
• Improve/maintain models to optimize performance.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Create detailed reports/presentations and participate in client and broker meetings.
• Perform trend & line of business studies and present to management.

Qualifications:

• Pre-ACAS (3+ exams ideally)
• 0-2 years of relevant experience ideally in pricing
• Coding/Modeling/Programming Experience
• Good technical skills: Excel, SQL, Python, other programming languages
• Good communication skills
