Senior Claims Operations Specialist

Eames are working closely with a rapidly growing Lloyd's syndicate who are looking to hire a Senior Operations Specialist to join their claims team.

This role will include:

• playing a key role in the development of a DCA performance framework.
• both generating claims MI reports, and analysing claims data, to monitor performance and highlight trends.
• directly supporting the deputy head of claims, and the head of claims, with key projects to aid in the syndicate's growth.
