Senior Associate (Operations)

Eames is working closely with a Lloyd's syndicate who are looking to hire a Senior Associate to work across their claims, underwriting and reinsurance performance functions. This is a newly created role that will be responsible for data and analytics reporting across these functions, working closely with the active underwriters and claims manager.

Responsibilities:

• Support the collection, validation, and preparation of Lloyd's returns and submissions
• Analyse underwriting performance and delegated underwriting, including reporting on bdx and the performance of the syndicate's coverholders.
• Evaluate claims systems and manage an up-to-date central database of reinsurance contracts.
