Application Support Engineer

My client is a leading regional bank with a strong presence in Asia. We are hiring for a Production Application Support Engineer for their business critical systems.

As the Application Support Engineer, you will be required to;

• Take charge of all production system integrity and system readiness
• Deliver L2 support and troubleshooting for incidents and critical systems through automation systems/Workflow
• Support incident managers on preventive and detective measures of applications
• Standardise processes through developing, implementing, integrating and documenting in accordance to standards
• Lead and coordinate projects while providing analytical support and execute requirement analysis to support enhancements and fixes for deployment

Technical skills/knowledge:

• Windows/Linux working experience
• Investigation in databases
• SQL/Oracle queries
• Banking processes (example, AML, e-KYC, Customer on-boarding, etc)
