I am an Partner &amp; Associate Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.
Securing repeat business is something I always strive for. One of my proudest achievements is being an exclusive actuarial supplier and market adviser to one of my clients for their next recruitment drive. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.

Data Science Lead

A multinational company is looking to hire a Data Science Team Lead to join their London office. They have a hybrid set up of 2 days a week in the office. They are looking to hire someone to support the development of various analytics models whilst also supporting and developing junior members of staff.This is very varied role and would suit someone who enjoys being creative with modern data science techniques. You will be building out new analytics products, producing models using GLMs and GBMs, and executing data analysis. For this role the team are keen to speak to those in general insurance pricing who have a Masters or PhD.
