Eames Consulting are working with a reputable insurer on the appointment of a Development Underwriter to based in either of their Leeds, Manchester or Birmingham office.<ul><li>Underwrite complex business and manage broker relationships to drive growth and meet profitability goals.</li><li>Oversee performance of brokers in the Central and South East regions, developing new partnerships and supporting business development.</li><li>Maintain accurate broker data in CRM and identify new opportunities to expand the business pipeline.</li><li>Foster a collaborative, mentoring culture to enhance team skills and deliver better outcomes for clients.</li></ul>The ideal candidate will have a background in Professional Indemnity or Directors and Officers classes of business.
