I am an Partner &amp; Associate Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.

Fully Remote Pricing Actuary (UK or Europe)

Our client is looking to hire a FIA Qualified Actuary to join on a fully remote basis in their pricing department. This role can be performed in the UK fully remote or in Europe (however you must have a right to work in these locations, VISA sponsorship can not be provided).These roles are not traditional pricing roles, it is more weighted towards portfolio management styled work. You will be liaising with and on-boarding new MGAs. You will be joining a flat structure and there is an expectation that you will be client-facing.For this role they require commercial lines or SME pricing knowledge. You must be able to work well remotely, and have examples of building strong working relationships. Candidates must have over 5 years' of experience.
