Operational Risk Manager

Eames Consulting is partnering with a reputable organisation to recruit a Operational Risk Manager for their London Office.

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk specialist with a strong background in stakeholder engagement and business partnering to drive the operational risk framework for all regulated entities in line with the Group's Risk Management Framework.

Requirements include:

• Manage and enhance key components of the operational risk framework, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with senior management and business units to provide visibility into risk exposures across the organisation and ensure alignment with risk appetite.
• Drive a risk-aware culture by coordinating ongoing risk assessments and fostering engagement across departments.
• Deliver actionable insights on emerging risk areas for management reporting, providing valuable input for decision-making at executive levels.
• Facilitate the continuous development of risk procedures, tools, and resources to support a proactive risk management approach across the business.

The ideal candidate will have come from an Insurance, Banking or Financial Services background.
