I am an Partner &amp; Associate Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.
Securing repeat business is something I always strive for. One of my proudest achievements is being an exclusive actuarial supplier and market adviser to one of my clients for their next recruitment drive. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.

A leading re(insurer) is looking to hire a FIA Actuary to join in a leadership role within the ERM division. They are looking for a Head of Financial Risks to manage 1 direct report and which has the potential to grow further. This role will lead the independent validation process and confirm compliance with regulatory requirements in relation to the internal model. You will also support on emerging risk assessments and scenario analysis activities, and supporting ORSA report production process.They are keen to speak to capital modelling experience and/or validation experience. Experience in the Syndicate space is needed, and knowledge of SII.
