I am a Principal Consultant on the claims and operations team at Eames Consulting in the UK. I specialise in recruiting mid-to-senior professionals, specifically focusing on delegated authority and outwards reinsurance. I work predominantly with Lloyd&rsquo;s Syndicates, MGAs, managing agents and insurers based in London.
My approach is to consistently provide a consultative viewpoint to both my clients and candidates. I work with my clients to find out their immediate needs and growth plans for the business and identify the top market talent. I add value to the process by providing insight on the market, including hiring trends, competitor analysis and salary benchmarking. For my candidates, it&rsquo;s about understanding their career goals, motivations and skill set and meshing them with the right role in which they can succeed.

Associate Delegated Authority Manager

Currently working with a international insurer looking to hire an Associate DA Manager to their DA Business Management team, supporting the onboarding of new agents and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. You will manage agent performance data, monitor key risk indicators, and report any issues to senior management. The role also involves assisting with audit recommendations, ensuring timely responses and escalation of overdue findings. You will contribute to due diligence and onboarding processes, supporting the evaluation of new business opportunities and partners.
