Eames Consulting is working with a multinational insurer for a Claims Manager position to lead a team in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

* Claims Process Management:

o Oversee the full lifecycle of Enterprise client claims, including investigation, evaluation, and resolution.

o Handle complex or large-scale claims and coordinate with external stakeholders such as attorneys, insurance carriers, and insurance adjusters.

* Client Advocacy:

o Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, ensuring that their interests are represented throughout the claims process.

o Communicate clearly and proactively with clients regarding claim status, settlement strategies, and potential outcomes.

* Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Work closely with legal counsel and external vendors to support claims resolution.

o Partner with insurance carriers claim teams and third-party administrators to resolve disputes and manage relationships.

o Conduct quarterly and monthly meetings with Enterprise clients to discuss status on open claims and overall claims experience.

* Regulatory and Compliance:

o Ensure full compliance with all state and federal regulations concerning auto liability claims and other claims, if applicable.

o Stay informed on legal changes impacting auto liability claims and other claims applicable and adjust processes accordingly.

* Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Analyze claims data to identify trends and provide insights for reducing risks and liabilities to the Enterprise client team. .

o Use claims management software to maintain accurate documentation, and ensure reporting is timely and thorough.

o Provide enterprise team clients and team members with detailed updates on claims reserves, outcomes, and any pending litigation.

* Continuous Improvement:

o Identify opportunities to optimize claims handling processes, improve enterprise client experience, and reduce claim severity.

o Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments, ensuring that the organization remains ahead of evolving standards.

Required Qualifications/Preference

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation auto liability claims management with general knowledge in motor truck cargo, physical damage, and general liability.

* Strong expertise in transportation auto liability insurance management with general knowledge in motor truck cargo, physical damage, and general liability, claims processes, and compliance regulations.

* Excellent analytical, decision-making, and client communication skills.

* Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
