Senior Actuarial Analyst

I'm hiring! An innovative and forward thinking Reinsurance Company is looking to add a Senior Actuarial Analyst to their Pricing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pricing and strong technical skills (modeling and/or coding). This is a hybrid position in NYC, NJ, and CT:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and price reinsurance treaties
• Improve/maintain models to optimize performance.
• Conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Create detailed reports/presentations and participate in client and broker meetings.
• Perform trend & line of business studies and present to management.

Qualifications:

• Pre-ACAS (3+ exams ideally)
• 2+ years of relevant experience ideally in pricing (personal or commercial lines)
• Coding/Modeling Experience
• Strong technical skills: Excel, SQL, Python, other programming languages
• Good communication skills
