Senior Underwriter - Financial Institutions

We are pleased to be partnering with a highly reputable global carrier to recruit a Senior Financial Institutions Underwriter into its highly regarded Specialty Division. Working closely with the Underwriting Manager, you will be responsible for underwriting a wide variety of risks on both a primary and excess basis across multiple territories and institutions. This role is well-suited to underwriters who may be starting to think about potentially managing in the future as the opportunity offers the ability to mentor and coach less experience members of the team. Similarly, you may be at a stage in your career where you wish to step back from people management duties but stay as a valued referral point and mentor. Candidates must have a background in London Market Financial Institutions, preferably underwriting however technically-minded Brokers are also encouraged to get in touch.
