Senior Underwriting Analyst

Currently working with a dynamic Lloyd's Syndicate seeking an experienced Senior Underwriting Analyst to join their in London. In this key role, you will have oversight of monitoring and reporting on underwriting controls and data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage the monitoring, reporting, and processing controls for underwriting operations.

· Collaborate closely with the Head of Underwriting Operations to guide and coach the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

· Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to track and report on underwriting performance and operational metrics.

· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and controls.
