Outwards Reinsurance Lead

Currently working with a Lloyd's Syndicate looking to hire an experienced reinsurance professional joining a team that handles all aspects of outwards reinsurance treaty placements for the business, including strategy, planning, contract negotiations, and regulatory reporting.

This role involves managing the end to end treaty placement process, producing and analysing data for pricing, and ensuring clear communication of treaty terms across various departments. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to integrate reinsurance treaties into business processes and maintain accurate reinsurance metrics. The role also includes developing reports for monitoring reinsurance performance, contributing to regulatory reporting, and running annual renewal processes. The candidate will need strong reinsurance knowledge, advanced communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in data management, particularly in MS Excel.
