Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry is currently looking for a hands-on Linux/Unix engineer to be part of their fast growing team. The ideal candidate would love to work with Linux/Unix operating systems and serve as a technical expert.
Key responsibilities
Involved in upgrading, patching and development for Red Hat Enterprise Linux and OpenShift
Manage service improvements for infrastructure products
Provide technical direction and implement solutions to maintain infrastructure
Review application design and improve quality of applications
Be the technical expert to Application and Project Teams
Key Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in system administration of Linux/Unix products
Certification in Linux/Unix products (IBM AIX / Oracle Solaris 11 / RHCE / RHCSA/ Containers and Kubernetes)
