Diversity & Inclusion

We're a business with purpose. We show up for each other, our communities and the environment.

We use our platform to push for positive change. We’re always listening and we’re always learning.

We understand our business has a real impact on the markets we serve. We create opportunities for businesses and people to succeed. But for success to happen, we need to ensure we’re upholding our commitments to diversity & inclusion.

What we stand for

It's okay not to be okay.

We want our culture to be a place where everyone feels like they can be open if they’re not okay. And get the support they need, without judgment.

All year long.

We don’t think of our impact initiatives as single days, weeks, or months on the calendar. Whilst awareness days give us an opportunity to shine a spotlight on the causes close to our hearts, we provide the tools and resources that allow our teams to make progress all year long.

Our workplace is for everyone.

We believe different and diverse perspectives can create fresh opportunities. We’re committed to ensuring our attraction, engagement and retention strategies are upheld by D&I.

Actions, not just words.

We all have the best intentions, but for us, that isn't enough. We've put a global strategy into action to foster a diverse and inclusive culture, that prioritises health and well-being.

Always listening. Always learning.

Progress isn’t instant, and we may not always get it right. We know change requires long-term commitment and we’re always seeking opportunity to learn and to listen.

Our Journey

We’re committed to ensuring equality, diversity and inclusion both internally and externally. We have been on our D&I journey for some years now. It started in 2018 when we signed on to be early adopters of the Clear Assured Recruitment framework. From here, our vision and commitment grew.

We're Bronze accredited by Clear Assured

Clear Assured is a globally recognised inclusion standard. In January 2022 we were awarded ‘Bronze’ status for our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Our website is digitally inclusive
