I started my career as a Lloyd’s Underwriter, leaving to join a global recruitment firm in 1998. I quickly became their most successful and top-revenue generating consultant from over 600 employees, leaving to establish Eames Consulting in 2002, a specialist, mid-market recruitment business.

Since then, I have established the Eames Partnership, our international, insurance-focused executive search practice and most recently ECMS, an advisory and project delivery consulting firm specialising in technology and business change.

As part of the Board, I define and oversee the group’s strategy, developing our market presence and client relationships internationally. Since its inception, Eames Group has grown year on year to over 130 employees and a turnover of over £60m.

With over 20 years of experience as a business leader, I have advised Chief Executives and Human Resources Directors on their senior human capital needs, working with a diverse range of organisations across a number of regions around the world to deliver transformation, competitive advantage and growth.
